Soccer 3 Academy. By submitting a Join or enrolling a child, you agree to these Terms, including photos, video and academy news, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who agrees. These Terms are between Soccer 3 Academy (the “Academy”), Naples, Florida, and the parent or legal guardian who enrolls a child or submits a Join or contact form (“you”). The child is a participant, not a party who can contract. You agree when you submit a form or enroll — not merely by reading this page.
2. Registration. A Join submission is a request to train, not a guaranteed place. The Academy decides placement, waitlist, or decline. You must give accurate information and keep it current. A registration is not transferable to another child.
3. Fees and refunds. Fees are those the Academy quotes you when a place is offered — they are not listed as a checkout on this website. The Academy may change fees with notice before the next billing period. Refunds, if any, follow what we told you in writing when you accepted the place. Missing a session is not a refund.
4. Risk of the sport. Futsal and soccer involve a risk of injury. You understand that risk and still choose to have the child take part. The child must have medical insurance. You are responsible for medical costs. Tell us about allergies or conditions that staff should know for safety.
5. Injury and property. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, the Academy and its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, and contractors are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of property arising from training, travel, or events, except for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability Florida law does not let us limit.
6. Conduct. Players, parents, and guests will treat coaches, staff, and other families with respect. The Academy may suspend or remove a player or a parent from sessions or events for conduct that harms the program, other children, or staff.
7. Schedule. We try to keep the calendar we publish. We may change or cancel a session or event (weather, facility, staff, or other cause). We will give notice when we reasonably can. A change of date or venue is not a breach of these Terms.
8. Photos, video and academy news. By accepting these Terms you agree that: (a) staff may photograph or record your child during training, tournaments, and academy events for coaching review and academy records; (b) the Academy may use your child’s image and first name on its website, flyers, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp, without payment; and (c) the Academy may email you academy news. You can unsubscribe from academy news at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by writing us. To ask us to stop public use of your child’s image, write or call us.
9. Privacy. Family information is handled under the Privacy Policy. That Policy is part of these Terms.
10. Messages. By joining or writing us, you agree we may contact you about the child’s place, schedule, safety, and fees. Academy news is covered under “Photos, video and academy news” above. You can leave the newsletter at any time, as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Our materials. Session plans, videos, and academy content belong to the Academy. You may not copy them for another program without our written permission.
12. Florida law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to jurisdiction in Florida. If a court or arbitrator must decide a dispute, it will be in Florida.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. The effective date above is the current version. If one provision is struck, the rest still apply. Risk, injury, conduct, photos, privacy, and Florida law survive after a child leaves.
